Clearance

Clearance Process

  1. Click "Fill Clearance" to enter and submit your clearance details.
  2. Ensure ALL details are correct before clicking submit (Matric Number, Level, Names, etc.).
  3. Immediately after filling, you can print your generated clearance slip directly or click "Print Clearance" to print it later.
  4. Bring your printed clearance slip to the HOD's Office / Department for physical stamping and signing.

MANDATORY STAMPING REQUIREMENT: Any clearance slip without an official stamp and signature from the HOD's Office will be considered strictly INVALID.
Student Complaints

Submit a Complaint or Request

  1. Log in with your Matric Number to submit a complaint, request, or enquiry.
  2. Select the relevant category (Academics, Results, Clearance, Fees, Hostel, Other).
  3. You'll receive a ticket number to track the status of your complaint.
